MONASTERY has done its best to display the colors at www.monasteryclothing.com in the most accurate way possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your monitor is completely faithful. It is always checked that the items have no failures before sending them to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, contact us immediately.

 

Order

Make an order

 

When you find the item you want, you just have to follow these five steps:

 

  1. Cart

Select the size of the items (if necessary) and click on the "ADD TO CART" button.

Check your cart by selecting the cart icon at the top of the page. You can remove items from the cart or change the quantity and size.

If everything is correct, click on "FINISH THE PURCHASE SAFELY" to process the order.

 

  1. Personal information and MONASTERY account.

Enter your personal information and address. If you have a MONASTERY account, you just have to login and all fields will be filled in with your information. If you don't have a MONASTERY account, you can create one or finalize the purchase as a guest.

 

  1. Shipping

Enter the shipping address. The shipping address may be different from your home address.

 

  1. Check

This is the last step before finalizing your order. Check the order information and if everything is correct, click on "Continue".

 

  1. Payment

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, PayU, iDEAL and Fashioncheque. After processing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order. You will receive another email once the order leaves our warehouse. Get more information about Payment Methods and procedure.

 

Size guide

You can see information about the size and cut of our items on the product page by clicking on the "Size and cut" tab. Here, you will also find a link to our size guide, which shows exact measurements of the selected item, including the size conversion tables for the different regions. If you are not sure of the size and cut, you can always contact us to get the best personalized advice.

Digital gift card

A MONASTERY digital gift card. It is the perfect last minute gift. Select the value of the gift card and make your purchase. The digital gift card will be sent to your inbox as soon as the payment has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have sent the digital gift card. The card can only be redeemed online.

Gift Card in Box

For a birthday, for the holidays or just to surprise someone, the boxed gift card is the perfect gift for any occasion. Select the value of the gift card and make your purchase. The gift card in a box will be sent to your address. You will receive a tracking number once we send the gift card. The card can be redeemed online.

MONASTERY account.

You do not need to have an account to buy in MONASTERY., But if you have one, you will have access to many advantages. If you create an account, you can:

- Review purchases you have made.

- Request a return or exchange directly from your account.

- Save items that you would like to have on your Wish List.

- Save your personal and payment information to finalize purchases more quickly.

- Manage your personal information and shipping address, order status, order history and email preferences.

 

Shipping

Shipping deadlines

The international ones by DHL. You will receive information about the estimated or guaranteed shipping date when you finish the purchase. Keep in mind that during sale periods, shipping may take longer than usual, and that shipments are only processed on business days.

 

In addition, we will send you an email as soon as we deliver your order to the transport company. They will give you a tracking number so you can track the shipment.

 

Customs Information

For shipments outside Colombia, it may happen that a package is retained at customs to inspect it. Unfortunately, this inspection could cause the package to take up to 30 days to be delivered to the delivery address. Let us know if you have not received your package after customs clearance. After those 30 days, we will initiate an investigation of your shipment.

Keep in mind that during sale periods, shipping may take longer than usual.

The shipping times shown below are counted from the day your package is shipped from the MONASTERY warehouse.

The estimated delivery date is indicated on the purchase completion page, in the order confirmation email and in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs

You have free shipping on orders over 2 items. Shipping costs will be charged depending on your method and shipping address.

If you have filled in all the fields on the left side of the page, you can check the shipping costs. Depending on your shipping address, you can select a faster service with an additional charge.

 

Transport insurance

Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipment until the moment you receive the package.

If the box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse delivery or write a note (if possible) indicating that you accept a damaged box when you sign.

 

International delivery

If you want to know if we ship to your country, please contact our customer service.

Keep in mind that MONASTERY Shipments from the Netherlands may have Fees and taxes, regulated by the customs of your country, on which we cannot exert any influence may apply.
