Article 1: Applicability


These are the general terms and conditions ("General terms and conditions") of MONASTERY COUTURE S.A.S. ("MONASTERY"). These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the MONASTERY website.

By placing an order, you explicitly accept the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions to the order placed and declare to know the content of these.

Article 3: Agreement, price and payment


1- The agreement is concluded when you place an order through the website and MONASTERY Sends you an order confirmation via email.


2- MONASTERY reserves the right not to accept your order if:

  • The information entered is not correct or not complete and if MONASTERY doubts the accuracy of this information.
  • You have not made a mandatory prior payment.
  • You have not accepted the delivery of a previous order or have not picked up a previous order.
  • The shipping address you have indicated is in a country where MONASTERY Does not ship.

3- MONASTERY will inform you as soon as possible if your order is not accepted.


4- The price indicated on the website at the time of payment is the total amount of all products, including shipping costs and taxes applicable in Colombia.


5- To pay for your order you can choose one of the payment options offered by MONASTERY.


6- Orders sent outside Colombia may be subject to surcharges or additional fees. These surcharges or fees are not expressly included in the total amount mentioned in paragraph 2 of this article. The additional costs, if any, of these surcharges or fees will be at your own risk.


7- MONASTERY  You may not be subject to an offer on your website if you can reasonably understand that the offer, or part of it, contains an obvious error or is incorrectly written, for example, if it has an unusually low price. Article 4: Shipping


1- MONASTERY will do everything possible to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, but in any case, within 30 days after the date of purchase. 3- Your order will be delivered to the shipping address or the collection point you have indicated on the MONASTERY website.


4- The products will become your property at the moment in which MONASTERY has received the corresponding payment.


5- MONASTERY. will strive to deliver the products ordered in full and in good condition. In the event that the products delivered are not complete or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.


Article 5: Faithful reproduction and shelf life


1- MONASTERY will do everything possible to reproduce the products as faithfully as possible on our website. If you believe that the product you have requested does not correspond to the image of the website (at the time the product was requested), you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Article 6 of these General Terms and Conditions describes how you can make use of your right of withdrawal.


2- The shelf life of the products offered by MONASTERY On its website depends on the material of the product, the way in which you use the product and the intensity with which you do it. Article 6: Period of reflection and right of withdrawal

If you use this option, we will notify you promptly on a durable medium (for example, by email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.


4 - You are only responsible for any depreciation of the assets that result from manipulation other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the assets. This means that all returned items must be in the same condition in which you found them; they must not be damaged or dirty, nor have they been washed, altered or put on (just to try them on), and the labels must be intact.


5- If a refund of a product can be issued, MONASTERY will return the amount paid for the product within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product in question in the account number you used when ordering.


6- You will receive a refund with the total amount paid (including standard shipping costs). If you have selected another shipping method (for example, UPS Saver) that is not the standard, additional costs, if any, will not be included in the refund. If you return one or more items from your initial order and the total value of the remaining items is less than the $ 100 limit, we will charge you the shipping costs with reciprocal effect. We will do it by reimbursing the purchase price of the item (s) that you have returned minus shipping costs to your country. The return shipping is free. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of agreements:

The agreements for the supply of products that are made according to customer specifications or are clearly customized.

Article 9: Applicable law and competent court


These General Terms and Conditions of the agreement (s) concluded between MONASTERY and you are subject to Colombian law. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on International Sale Contracts is excluded.

The competent court of Medellín has exclusive jurisdiction in case a dispute is not resolved with a friendly agreement.



Article 10: Changes in the General Terms and Conditions


MONASTERY. You can modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will only be effective if the changed version has been published on the MONASTERY website. Article 11: Gift Card


Physical gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at monasteryclothing.com.


Article 12: Other information


EXCHANGE GIFT CARDS


After entering your gift card at the end of the purchase, the balance will be deducted from the total amount. If the total amount of your order exceeds the balance of the gift card, you can pay the rest of the order through one of the other accepted payment methods. The remaining balance of the gift card can be used in future purchases.


EXPIRATION

MONASTERY gift cards expire one year after purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.


RETURNS

If you return an order paid with a gift card, the refund will be applied to the card. Contact the Customer Service team if you no longer have the gift card.


PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.


GIFT CARDS LOST OR STOLEN

Take care of the gift card as if it were cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
